As a company Brosch Direct have decided to support the Pink Ribbon Foundation to help raise funds for vital care and research into breast cancer in the UK.

The Pink Ribbon Foundation is a Grant making Trust supporting all UK breast cancer charities both large and small. The Pink Ribbon Foundation is impartial and is committed to raising funds for breast cancer research, support and care.

The Foundation gives many of the smaller charities a lifeline to enable them to continue their important work. Bodyguards are proud to be associated with this worthy cause and will be making a donation from every sale.

Cancer in the UK

• Breast cancer is now the most common cancer in UK.
• Each year more than 44,000 women and 300 men are diagnosed with breast cancer, which equates to over 100 breast cancer cases diagnosed every single day.
• In the last 20 years breast cancer rates in UK have increased by more than 50%.
• 8 in 10 breast cancer cases are diagnosed in women aged 50 and over.
• Sadly more than 12,300 women and 70 men die of breast cancer every year.
